November 30, 2023, the Mother Church of the Diocese of Novaliches opened its doors again to its flock, with Most Rev. Charles Brown, D.D, the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, who led the consecration of the new altar of Cathedral-Shrine and Parish of the Good Shepherd.
