Couple must provide the original copy of the following requirements:

Marriage License ( City Hall ) or Article 34 from Notary ( for 5 yrs. live-in)

Certificate of No Marriage ( Cenomar ) or Certificate of No Marriage from PSA
To be arranged by the Office
6. Canonical Interview to be conducted by the Priest at least 2 months prior to Wedding Date
7. Pre-Cana Seminar
8. Marriage Banns
9. Pregnant Clearance
10. Marriage Permit ( if coming from other parishes )
11. Mixed Marriage Interview

- Decree of Nullity from the Competent Matrimonial Tribunal
4. For Renewal of Vows
- Catholic Marriage Contract
5. Marriage Between Filipino and Foreigner
- Certificate of Freedom to Marry from the Foreigner's National Consulate

- Clearance from the Chancery of Diocese of Novaliches
6. Marriage between a Catholic and Non-Catholic
- Certificate of Freedom to Marry from the Church of Non-Catholic Party
- Proclamation Banns for the Catholic Party
- Should sign Petition for Dispensation recommended by the Parish Priest
- Permission of Mixed Religion or dispensation of Disparity of Cult.
